How many homes do you manage at once?
Only a few.
We believe in quality over quantity, so we keep things intentionally small.
That way, every space receives the care it deserves — and every guest feels it.
Do you also take care of the paperwork and legal side?
Yes, we do.
From permits to tourist tax management, from registrations to compliance, we take care of everything needed to open and run a holiday home properly.

How do you manage pricing and maximise earnings?”
We partner with an experienced revenue manager to set the perfect pace for your property’s success.
Rates are adjusted dynamically, following seasonal flows and market trends, to ensure your home always shines at the right price—optimising occupancy, earnings, and guest satisfaction.
